Franchise Performance scan

The Franchise Performance Scan has been especially developed to provide the franchisor and franchisees of a franchise formula with an objective view of the satisfaction of the franchisees. When you know what is going on in the cooperation, you are able to further improve communication and the formula in general. You are better able to take care of your 'internal customers'. You are aware of where they see potential for improvement and what they think about your support. This enables you to stay ahead of your competition.

Return on investment scan

Depending on how hard your formula is and the amount of support offered by the management of the franchise, an appeal can be made for support by Koelewijn & Partners. We analyse your margin-mix and optimise your returns. Sometimes we also use this analysis to determine the continuity of a location.

Mystery shopping

A considerable part of the success of a franchise is the performance of the franchisee on the workfloor. This is the experience a customer receives which you are, directly or indirectly, held accountable for. Mystery shopping is part of the quality management within franchise organization. We execute incidental measurements when there is a reason to do so. Our scans are executed by experienced shoppers. We can also organise periodic scans for all locations / franchisees.

Central organization / FranScan®
