Project management

We pay attention to the size of the area the store is able to service, the quality of the location, local competition, success factors, financial viability as well as investments- and exploitation budgets.

Financing

Starting franchises often do not have a financing arrangement with a bank. However, as soon as the first franchisees are getting ready to start, Koelewijn & Partners can support franchisors and franchisees in setting up the financial agreements. We have close contacts with the relevant banks in the Netherlands. This can make our support decisive in getting the necessary financing. Also when franchise organizations are growing, we are able to support franchisors in getting an arrangement which results in visible benefits to the franchisees.
