Joost Bos has been educated in commercial economics and organizational consultancy. After gaining experience in the cattle-fodder and other animal supplies and the supermarket branch, he has been assisting individual entrepreneurs and franchisees. For the last 15 years he has mainly assisted management and boards of directors of franchises with all kinds of issues relating to the continuous development of franchises.

After receiving his education, Martin Pot has gained practical experience. He has been working at Schuitema as a coach and consultant to franchisees of C1000. After working in the food sector for years, has he made the transition towards the non-food sector. He has worked at the start-up of the successful franchise Primera. After the 350th Primera-shop had opened, he became a partner of Koelewijn & Partners and he now assists franchisors and franchisees. Translating franchiseplans or commercial processes towards practise is one of his specialties. He has helped start several franchises through his hands-on approach.
